How Do You Clean Your Handbags?

All handbags and textile items are cleaned in house by our Certified Textile Restoration Expert, not to be misconstrued as a retail dry cleaner. Textile restoration is far more sophisticated and complex and requires in depth knowledge of proper handling of a multitude of fabrics and materials, there is a science to restoring textiles. We use green, hypo allergenic cleaning solutions so you can be assured your bag will arrive intricately restored. Additionally, items are fully sanitized and arrive without any trace of bacteria or odor, every aspect of our restoration process has our customers satisfaction and safety in mind. ShakeurShimmie takes great pride in offering pristine products, without any signs of use (unless noted), making them look as close to brand new as possible.

What is Your Return Policy?

All items are meticulously listed and as accurately as humanly possible. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent, honesty is a core value here at ShakeUrShimmie as it should be in daily life, honesty defines character. Rest assured that we back everything we sell, should we overlook an imperfection not within our listing, we will ALWAYS accept the return and provide return shipping. Should this occur, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval and received in the exact same condition as sold. Once the return is received, condition will be verified, and a full refund of the original purchase price will be initiated within 48 hours.
At this time, we can only honor returns for listing errors (flaw omissions) or authenticity concerns as every item must go back thru our inspection, listing and restoration processes for sanitation reasons.

Please verify size by checking the actual dimensions of each bag shown within the listing details. Each bag is measured in house to ensure the information is accurate so you can make an informed purchase decision. Mannequin photographs are also provided for visual aid. Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Yes! If you're within an hour of Quakertown,PA please contact customer service and we'll be happy to arrange pickup or delivery. If you're greater then an hour, we ask that shipping is selected, thank you.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

At this time, we only accept PayPal, you will be directed at checkout. As we grow, we'll be able to offer varying payment methods but for the time being its only PayPal. PayPal is not only secure but you're able to use any major credit or debit card to complete your transaction quickly and easily.
